inspiration

In the forest I find relaxation, strength and inspiration. It is no coincidence that many characters from fairy tales and legends have their origin there.

During my cycling era, I could be found in the woods on a mountain bike, and later on a chainsaw course with the forester. Basics of my imagination and imagination developed in childhood while playing freely in nature, on the dike, collecting fossils and climbing on dolmens and megalithic structures from the Stone Age. When I was traveling, I was fascinated by Ireland with its stony landscape, the Burren and its fairytale Celtic ruins. In Sweden I was enchanted by the mystical landscape.

"Nordish by nature", I am influenced by the shades of blue-gray and green of the coast: storm cloud gray, rain-covered sky, spray-gray water with jade-green and watt-brown accents.

The wave form of the tides, snails and spirals appear again and again in my shapes.
